All products from brands purchased from The Paw Prince (excluding clearance and discontinued products) can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided the product can still be sold as “new”.
Products that prove to be defective that were purchased from The Paw Prince can be returned for exchange or repair based on the age of the product and its warranty status. The Paw Prince will not reimburse shipping costs on products regardless for the reason for the return. “Non-Defective” merchandise may be returned after 30 days at the purchaser’s cost of return, shipping back to The Paw Prince, and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. No merchandise returns after 60 days.
All product returns must have prior authorization by The Paw Prince. Please CLICK HERE to request a Return Authorization. After review by The Paw Prince, a Return Authorization Number will be issued which must be included on all correspondence concerning the returned product(s).
The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the outside of the box (handwritten or typed label).
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories in order to receive credit.
FOR OUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE CUSTOMERS
There is a “no return” policy for subscription items unless they are defective. In the case of a defective item, it will be replaced with an exact item.
